Orders are shipped to continental United States addresses via UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air. Orders under $5.50 or Gift Card orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.

NOTE: Gift Card and Decal orders will be sent via US Postal Service 1st Class Mail when they are the sole items in the order.

There is no sales tax on orders shipped outside of New York state. Orders shipped within New York state will be charged sales tax on applicable items.

We will send an e-mail with your UPS tracking number when your order ships from our store in Troy, NY.

Foreign orders: Because of large differences in rates for foreign delivery, we will contact you for approval before shipping your order. All foreign orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made by American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa.

All orders require the billing information (name / address / telephone) of the person placing the order as well as the shipping address for the order. Credit card transactions will require the card number and expiration date.

LOCATION

The RPI Bookstore is located on the lower level of the Rensselaer Union, which is on the corner of 15th Street and Sage Avenue in Troy, New York.

RPI BOOKSTORE HOURS

Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Saturdays (while classes are in session): Noon - 4pm

Closed on Saturdays when classes are not in session and during the summer months.

Extended hours at the beginning of each semester and during special events on campus.

REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase of any clothing or gift item from the on-line store please return it. We ask that you do so within two weeks of receiving the item, and we will gladly exchange the item or issue you a refund.
